The interaction between El Niño and East Asia’s atmospheric circulation is analyzed to clarify its impact on some weather systems and weather phenomena, especially the relationship between typhoon and low visibility of East Asian cyclones, which are closely related to maritime safety, so as to guide the navigation activities .
