目的观测家兔胸导管的形态学结构,改进灌注方法,丰富实验动物资料,为临床应用提供参考。方法解剖30例新鲜完整家兔尸体,观测胸导管的起始、走行及毗邻结构,用改良后的过氯乙烯、丙酮、乙酸乙酯及显色剂体积比例为1∶1∶2∶1的灌注剂进行灌注制成标本。结果家兔胸导管走行正常22例(84.6%),其注入左颈外静脉,10例(38.5%)注入点在平对T1椎体处,另12例(46.2%)注入点在T1椎体和T2椎体之间。注入点存在变异4例(15.4%),注入左前腔静脉1例(3.8%),注入左颈总静脉3(11.5%)例。存在乳糜池结构3例(11.5%),瓣膜结构2例(7.7%)。结论家兔胸导管走行多变异,在颈段注入点处为多。
Objective To observe the morphological structure of thoracic duct in rabbits, improve the perfusion method, enrich the experimental animal data and provide a reference for clinical application. Methods Thirty fresh intact rabbits were dissected. The onset, migration and adjacent structures of thoracic duct were observed. The volume ratio of perchlorethylene, acetone, ethyl acetate and chromogen was 1: 1: 2: 1 Perfusion perfusion made specimens. Results Twenty-two cases (84.6%) had normal thoracic duct. The left ventricle was infused into the left external jugular vein. Ten (38.5%) implants were placed on the T1 vertebral body. The other 12 cases (46.2% And T2 between the vertebral body. There were 4 cases (15.4%) in the injection site, 1 case (3.8%) infused into the left anterior vena cava and 3 cases (11.5%) injected into the left common carotid artery. There were 3 cases of chylomicron structure (11.5%) and 2 cases of valve structure (7.7%). Conclusion There are many variations in the thoracic duct in rabbits.
