去年,我公司四工区在承担新抚钢厂二炼钢车间工程的双肢管柱吊装中,遇到柱子重量大而吊车起重能力小的矛盾。当时,四工区全体职工,以批林整风为纲,发扬敢想敢干,用土洋结合的办法,在履带吊23.4米臂杆顶增设23米高的钢管人字扒杆,解决了23吨重柱子的吊装问题,克服了大型起重机械不足的困难(图1)。
Last year, in the four-work zone of our company, we were confronted with the contradiction of the weight of the pillars and the small lifting capacity of the cranes in the lifting of the double-limb pipe stringing the second steelworks project of the new Fushun Steel Plant. At that time, all workers in the four industrial zones, with the forestry and wind as the guideline, carried forward the courage to think and dare to do the work, combined the methods of earth and ocean, and added a 23-meter-high steel pipe mandrel at the top of a 23.4 m boom, which solved 23 tons of weight. The lifting problem of the column overcomes the difficulty of the lack of large cranes (Figure 1).
