目的研究及探讨非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)组织中粘附蛋白-E(E-cadherin)和S100A2表达与临床生物学行为的关系。方法采用RT-PCR方法及免疫组织化学(IHC)法,检测95例NSCLC组织标本、配对癌旁组织及正常肺组织E-cadherin和S100A2表达情况,分析它们与肿瘤临床特征的相关性及其在非小细胞肺癌进展中的作用。结果 RT-PCR结果表明E-cadherin在正常肺组织中高表达,在肺癌组织中表达下调,S100A2在正常肺组织中低表达,在肺癌组织中表达上调。免疫组化结果表明E-cadherin在正常肺组织中阳性率为100%,随着NSCLC组织分化的降低阳性率下降,S100A2表达上调。结论 E-cadherin在NSCLC的低表达和S100A2在NSCLC组织过表达可能与NSCLC发病相关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of E-cadherin and S100A2 and the clinical biological behavior in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods The expression of E-cadherin and S100A2 in 95 cases of NSCLC tissues, matched paracancerous tissues and normal lung tissues were detected by RT-PCR and immunohistochemistry (IHC). The correlations between them and clinical features of tumor were analyzed. The role of non-small cell lung cancer progression. Results RT-PCR results showed that E-cadherin was highly expressed in normal lung tissues, down-regulated in lung cancer tissues, low in S100A2 lung tissues and up-regulated in lung cancer tissues. The results of immunohistochemistry showed that the positive rate of E-cadherin in normal lung tissue was 100%, and the positive rate of S100A2 was up-regulated with the decreasing of NSCLC tissue differentiation. Conclusion The low expression of E-cadherin in NSCLC and the overexpression of S100A2 in NSCLC tissues may be related to the pathogenesis of NSCLC.
