通过分期播种设置不同温度处理,四叶期对耐低温性不同的5个品种进行冷害指数调查及生理指标测定。结果表明,冷害指数与生理指标存在较强的相关性,可较好地区分不同品种的耐低温性,其中第一处理(平均日最低温84℃)的区分度最好,可将参试品种耐低温性分为三级:1级(冷害指数<020);2级(020≤冷害指数≤05);3级(冷害指数>05)。据此,从50份材料中筛选到9份耐低温材料。
Five different varieties with different low temperature tolerances were investigated for chilling injury index and physiological index by stage sowing with different temperature treatments. The results showed that there was a strong correlation between chilling injury index and physiological index, which could be used to distinguish the low temperature tolerance of different cultivars. Among them, the first treatment (average daily minimum temperature 84 ℃) had the best discrimination, The low temperature resistance of the cultivars was divided into three grades: Grade 1 (chilling injury index <020), grade 2 (020 ≤ chilling injury index ≤05) and grade 3 (chilling injury index 05). According to this, 9 low temperature resistant materials were screened from 50 materials.
