以苯甲醛和2-羟基苯甲醛与N4-苯基氨基硫脲为原料,浓盐酸做催化剂,室温条件下,在无溶剂条件下进行反应合成了2个缩氨基硫脲类化合物。产品经元素分析、红外光谱与核磁共振氢谱表征,确定为目标化合物。结果表明,无溶剂条件下的反应在2 h内产率达到90%,是合成该类化合物高产、低耗、绿色、环保的好方法。
Two thiosemicarbazone compounds were synthesized by the reaction of benzaldehyde, 2-hydroxybenzaldehyde and N4-phenylthiosemicarbazide with concentrated hydrochloric acid as catalyst under room temperature without solvent. The product was characterized by elemental analysis, IR and 1H-NMR and identified as the target compound. The results showed that the yield of the reaction in the absence of solvent reached 90% within 2 h, which was a good method for synthesizing these compounds with high yield, low consumption, green and environmental protection.
