为了克服大型电阻炉温度控制中的时滞性问题,提高温度控制的可靠性,提出了通过Smith智能控制算法实现的电阻炉温度控制方案,在对模糊Smith智能控制算法原理、特性分析的基础上,实现了模糊Smith智能控制算法,并使用Simulink软件对实际控制效果进行仿真。结果显示,该控制方法对于噪声与干扰具有较强的抑制作用,效果良好。通过该控制方法实现的电阻炉温度智能控制系统,可以有效消除温度控制过程中时滞性因素带来的不利影响,提高温度控制的精确度与精准度。
In order to overcome the problem of time delay in temperature control of large resistance furnace and improve the reliability of temperature control, a temperature control scheme of resistance furnace based on Smith intelligent control algorithm is proposed. Based on the principle and characteristic analysis of Fuzzy Smith intelligent control algorithm , The fuzzy Smith intelligent control algorithm is implemented, and Simulink software is used to simulate the actual control effect. The results show that the control method has a strong inhibitory effect on noise and interference, and the effect is good. The resistance furnace temperature intelligent control system realized by the control method can effectively eliminate the adverse influence caused by the time lag factor in the temperature control process and improve the accuracy and precision of the temperature control.
