介绍了水力旋流器在德兴铜矿泗洲选矿厂粗选段磨矿分级、精选段尾矿选硫等方面的应用现状。实践表明 ,精选段磨矿分级采用水力旋流器比螺旋分级机的分级效果较好 ;精选段尾矿选硫采用水力旋流器可获得硫精矿含S31.22 %~40.36%、回收率为38.92%~65.43 %的选别指标 ,虽然硫精矿品位与回收率波动较大 ,但该工艺具有操作方便、占地面积少、成本低廉等特点 ,是目前铜矿回收硫的主要方法
This paper introduces the application of hydrocyclones in the grinding and classification of roughing section of Sezhou Copper Mine and sulfur selection of tailings in Dexing Copper Mine. The practice shows that the grading effect of the hydrocyclone in the selected section is better than that of the spiral classifier. The hydrocyclone in the tailing section of the tailing section can obtain sulfur concentrate containing S31.22% -40.36% Recovery rate of 38.92% ~ 65.43% of the sorting index, although the sulfur concentrate grade and recovery fluctuations, but the process has the advantages of easy operation, small footprint, low cost and so on, is currently the main copper recovery sulfur method
