食物中毒是由于吃了“有毒的食物”而引起的一类急性疾病的总称.夏天最容易发生的是细菌性食物中毒.常见细菌性食物中毒种类有:沙门氏菌食物中毒.动物性食品,特别是肉类和蛋类最容易被沙门氏菌侵蚀.通常分为动物的生前感染和宰后污染两种情况.牛、羊、猪、兔、鸡、鸭、鹅等动物的肠道中均可带有沙门氏菌,当这些动物患病或者由于某些原因机体抵抗力降低时,肠道中所带的沙门氏菌就可通过血液循环进入动物的肌肉、肝、脾、肾等部位;家禽
Food poisoning is a general term for a group of acute diseases caused by eating “toxic food.” Bacterial food poisoning is most likely to occur in summer.
