本文选取兰州商学院长青学院的120名女生为研究对象,她们平均年龄为20岁±1.5岁。其中实验组60人,她们均为初次练习普拉提,通过每周两次,每次90分钟为期一学年共计144学时的普拉提训练后,与对照组没有参加任何锻炼的60名女生进行比较分析。选择身体形态指标:身高、体重、腰围、臀围、大腿围、BMI值,身体素质指标:坐位体前屈、仰卧起坐和身体平衡稳定性,身体机能:肺活量和台阶实验,这几种代表性指标来测试,实验组与对照组的各项指标差异具有显著意义。
This article chooses 120 girls from Lanzhou University of Commerce as the research object. Their average age is 20 ± 1.5 years old.
