目的探讨免疫球蛋白变化与过敏性紫癜 (HSP)肾损害的关系。方法检测 HSP患儿尿常规 ,尿特定蛋白 ,尿 Addis计数 ,血免疫球蛋白 Ig G、Ig A、Ig M、Ig E,分析肾损害与免疫球蛋白之间的关系。结果 HSP患儿肾损害占 69.2 3 % ,HSP组 Ig A和 Ig E明显高于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,肾损害组与 HSP肾未损害组 Ig A比较 ,无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,Ig E比较有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 Ig G、Ig A、Ig M、Ig E在 HSP发病中起重要作用 ,而 Ig E在肾损害中起一定作用。
Objective To investigate the relationship between immunoglobulin changes and renal damage of Henoch-Schonlein purpura (HSP). Methods Urine routine examination, urinary specific protein, urine Addis count, IgA, IgA, IgM, IgE were detected in children with HSP, and the relationship between renal damage and immunoglobulin was analyzed. Results Kidney damage in children with HSP accounted for 69.2%, Ig A and Ig E in HSP group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05), and no significant difference was found between IgA and renal damage group P> 0.05), Ig E was significantly different (P <0. 05). Conclusion Ig G, Ig A, Ig M and Ig E play an important role in the pathogenesis of HSP, while Ig E plays a role in renal damage.
