噻丙腈是德国Schering公司于20世纪80年代开发的丙烯腈类杀虫剂,可用于防治马铃薯甲虫、梨木虱、菜蛾等害虫,具有结构新颖、高效、对作物安全、对蜜蜂及鱼类低毒等特点,是一种具有发展潜力的杀虫剂。介绍了噻丙腈的合成,对其进行了生物活性测定。并经核磁验证其结构。室内生物活性结果表明,该化合物对鳞翅目幼虫及蚜虫有优异的杀虫活性,同时发现其对朱砂叶螨也具有一定的活性。
