本文介绍用于汽车空调制冷循环系统的新型冲压杯型板式蒸发器的结构、研制及其传热性能。该蒸发器的特点是仅在一侧有集流腔,且蒸发器每一支管有U型制冷剂通道。这种结构减少了滞流区,从而使传热系数很高。因此可预计其潜在性能比其它任何传统类型的蒸发器要好得多。但研制过程中曾遇到结构上一些棘手的问题,影响U型通道制冷剂的流动和传热。通过分析制冷剂在U型通道内的流动特性,找出了其性能降低的原因。采用这种蒸发器终于达到了与蛇管式蒸发器相比,性能提高15%的目标。
This article introduces the structure, development and heat transfer performance of a new type of stamping cup plate evaporator for the automotive air conditioning refrigeration cycle. The evaporator features a manifold on only one side and a U-shaped refrigerant channel for each leg of the evaporator. This structure reduces the stagnation area, so that the heat transfer coefficient is high. Therefore, its potential performance can be expected to be much better than any other conventional type of evaporator. However, during the development process, some structural problems have been encountered, affecting the flow and heat transfer of the U-shaped channel refrigerant. By analyzing the flow characteristics of the refrigerant in the U-shaped channel, we find out the reason of its performance degradation. With this evaporator, it has finally achieved its goal of 15% better performance than a snake-tube evaporator.
