为了明确石楠不同器官的除草活性,给进一步开展活性化合物的研究提供依据,于室内测定了石楠不同器官对反枝苋、苘麻、生菜、黄瓜、野燕麦、稗草和小麦7种受体植物的除草活性。结果表明,在10 g.L-1的供试浓度下石楠不同器官粉末对7种植物幼苗均有明显的抑制作用,且以茎和叶的活性最高;进一步测定了石楠叶片粉末对7种植物胚根(或幼根)的有效中浓度EC50分别为0.73、0.78、0.91、1.44、0.96、1.03和2.65 g.L-1,对胚轴(或胚芽鞘)的EC50分别为3.87、2.42、2.50、0.47、3.98、10.80和6.75 g.L-1,可见双子叶植物的敏感性要高于单子叶植物。
In order to clarify the herbicidal activity of different organs of heather, to provide a basis for the further study of the active compounds, seven kinds of receptor plants of different organs of heather on Radix dendrite, Abutilon, Lettuce, cucumber, wild oats, barnyardgrass and wheat were determined in the laboratory Herbicidal activity. The effect of heather leaves powder on radicle regeneration of seven plant radicles (Or young root) were 0.73, 0.78, 0.91, 1.44, 0.96, 1.03 and 2.65 gL-1, respectively, and their EC50 values were 3.87, 2.42, 2.50, 0.47 and 3.98 , 10.80 and 6.75 gL-1, respectively, showing that dicotyledons are more sensitive than monocotyledons.
