目的观察电针在治疗家兔实验性高血压时心肌细胞内游离钙离子浓度([Ca2+]i)及游离镁离子浓度([Mg2+]i)的变化情况。方法静脉滴注去甲肾上腺素(NE)造成家兔实验性高血压,对[Ca2+]i及[Mg2+]i进行测定。结果电针两侧“足三里”穴位后,治疗组家兔血压明显降低,[Ca2+]i明显低于高血压组,[Ca2+]i/[Mg2+]i比值降低;电针对正常家兔心肌细胞[Ca2+]i和镁[Mg2+]i)均无明显影响。结论提示心肌细胞内游离Ca2+、Mg2+在针刺调整血压的过程中可能发挥一定的作用。
Objective To observe the changes of intracellular free calcium concentration ([Ca2 +] i) and free magnesium ion concentration ([Mg2 +] i) in electroacupuncture of experimental hypertensive rabbits. Methods Experimental hypertensive rabbits were infused with norepinephrine (NE), and [Ca2 +] i and [Mg2 +] i were measured. Results After treatment with “Zusanli” acupuncture points on both sides of the electroacupuncture group, the blood pressure of rabbits in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the hypertension group, and the ratio of [Ca2 +] i / [Mg2 +] i was decreased. [Ca2 +] i and Mg [Mg2 +] i) had no significant effect. The results suggest that intracellular free Ca2 + and Mg2 + may play a role in the regulation of blood pressure during acupuncture.
