以溶胶凝胶法制备了Co-TiO2催化剂,采用XRD、XPS、紫外漫反射对催化剂进行了表征,结果表明,一部分Co2+进入了TiO2晶格,另一部分在TiO2表面形成Co3O4。以亚甲基蓝为模拟废水,进行了Co-TiO2催化剂的基于硫酸根自由基的类Fenton(SR-Fenton)和光催化活性测试,且考察了催化剂钴掺杂量、灼烧温度对催化剂活性的影响。结果表明,CoTiO2催化剂为同时具有SR-Fenton和光催化活性的催化剂,Photo/Co-TiO2/过硫酸氢钾为光催化和SR-Fenton反应的协同体系。催化剂最佳钴掺杂量、灼烧温度分别为1%及773 K。
The Co-TiO2 catalyst was prepared by sol-gel method. The catalysts were characterized by XRD, XPS and UV diffuse reflectance. The results showed that part of Co2 + entered into the TiO2 lattice and the other part formed Co3O4 on the surface of TiO2. With methylene blue as the simulated wastewater, the Fe-based Fenton reaction and photocatalytic activity of Co-TiO2 catalyst were studied. The effects of the amount of Co doping and the burning temperature on the activity of the catalyst were also investigated. The results show that the CoTiO2 catalyst is a catalyst with both SR-Fenton and photocatalytic activity. Photo / Co-TiO2 / potassium hydrogen persulfate is a synergistic system for photocatalytic and SR-Fenton reaction. The optimum amount of cobalt catalyst, burning temperature were 1% and 773 K.
