详细研究了半胱氨酸与钴(Ⅱ)在NH4CLNH4OH介质中的相互作用,建立了快速测定半胱氨酸的分光光度法,方法检出限28×10-6mol·L-1,线性范围0~20×10-4mol·L-1,摩尔吸光系数798×103L·mol-1·cm-1。用于尿液中半胱氨酸的测定,结果满意。
The interaction between cysteine and cobalt (Ⅱ) in NH4CL-NH4OH medium was studied in detail. A spectrophotometric method was developed for the rapid determination of cysteine. The detection limit was 2. 8 × 10-6mol·L-1 , Linear range of 0 ~ 2 0 × 10-4mol·L-1, molar extinction coefficient of 798 × 103L · mol-1 · cm-1. For the determination of cysteine in urine, the results are satisfactory.
