在中小功率发动机中用高压比、高效率的斜流压气机级替代轴流级或离心级,已经成为当前航空发动机设计中的一个热点。为了探索高负荷斜流压气机的设计技术,文章进行了单级压比6.0一级的斜流压气机设计。通过对设计方案的分析可知,该斜流压气机的气动设计指标基本满足要求,结构强度满足工程需要,基本达到了设计目的,为进一步的试验研究奠定了基础。
In the small and medium-power engine with high pressure ratio, high efficiency oblique flow compressor stage instead of axial flow or centrifugal stage, has become the current aero-engine design a hot spot. In order to explore the design technology of high-load oblique-flow compressor, the article carried out the design of a diagonal flow compressor with a single-stage pressure ratio of 6.0. Through the analysis of the design scheme, it can be seen that the aerodynamic design index of the diagonal flow compressor basically meets the requirements, the structural strength meets the needs of the project and basically reaches the design purpose, which lays the foundation for further experimental research.
