[目的]研究双蒲散对实验性大鼠慢性胃溃疡(GU)愈合质量及抗复发的影响,并探讨其可能机制。[方法]采用乙酸注射至大鼠浆膜下形成慢性GU模型,随机分为模型组、雷尼替丁组、双蒲散组,分别灌服0.85%氯化钠、雷尼替丁及双蒲散。[结果]双蒲散组溃疡指数(UI)、扩张腺体数和炎细胞数目明显低于模型组和雷尼替丁组,再生黏膜厚度、胃黏膜超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及前列腺素E2(PGE2)水平显著高于模型组和雷尼替丁组,丙二醛(MDA)水平明显低于模型组和雷尼替丁组(均P<0.01,<0.05)。[结论]双蒲散可提高GU愈合质量,减少溃疡复发。其机制可能是通过增加胃黏膜组织PGE2和SOD水平,降低MDA水平,促进黏膜修复而实现的。
[Objective] To study the effect of Shuangpu San on the healing quality and anti-recurrence of chronic gastric ulcer (GU) in rats, and to explore its possible mechanism. [Methods] The chronic GU model was established by subcutaneous injection of acetic acid into rats and randomly divided into model group, ranitidine group and double-pusan group. They were fed 0.85% sodium chloride, ranitidine and double pudding, respectively. Scattered. [Results] The ulcer index (UI), the number of dilated glands and the number of inflammatory cells in the Shuangpu San group were significantly lower than those in the model group and ranitidine group, and the regenerated mucosal thickness, superoxide dismutase (SOD) and prostaglandin in gastric mucosa were significantly different. The level of E2 (PGE2) was significantly higher than that of the model group and ranitidine group, and the malondialdehyde (MDA) level was significantly lower than that of the model group and the ranitidine group (all P<0.01, <0.05). [Conclusion] Shuangpu San can improve the quality of GU healing and reduce the recurrence of ulcers. The mechanism may be achieved by increasing the level of PGE2 and SOD in gastric mucosa, reducing the level of MDA, and promoting the repair of mucosa.
