棉花在生长发育过程中,如遇不良的气候条件或栽培措施不当,必然影响正常的生理和物质代谢活动,导致种子发育受阻,充实不良,形成部分秕子和嫩子。为此,我们对棉花健、秕、嫩子的组成物,出苗及幼苗生长、解剖结构等方面作了研究,为高产栽培和选种工作提供科学依据。材料与方法供试品种为岱字棉15,种子经硫酸脱绒后,分为健子、秕子和嫩子,用常规方法测全氮、可溶性糖、脂肪、氨基酸,并用扫描电镜观察棉子和子叶解剖结构(见封二)。
Cotton in the process of growth and development, in case of bad climatic conditions or improper cultivation practices, will inevitably affect the normal physiological and metabolic activity, resulting in obstruction of seed development, inadequate enrichment, the formation of part prickly heat and tender child. For this reason, we have made researches on the composition, germination and seedling growth, anatomical structure, etc. of cotton buds, jackals, and tender seedlings, and provided scientific evidence for high-yielding cultivation and seed selection. MATERIALS AND METHODS The test varieties were Dai-Zi Cotton 15. After the seeds were desulphurized by sulfuric acid, the seeds were divided into healthy seeds, prickly heat and tender seeds. Total nitrogen, soluble sugar, fat and amino acids were measured by conventional methods. And cotyledon anatomy (see cover two).
