我国中小企业在市场竞争中的地位如何,前途怎样,是中小企业乃至社会普遍关注的问题。本文拟从我国社会经济现状出发,提出如下建议: 1、要有奋发图强的竞争意识。除了必须掌握信息、更新产品、提高质量、讲求信誉一般性策略外,更重要的是根据国内外经济发展动态进行预测,确定目标作出规划,制定实施方案。要在生产、工艺、产品质量上高人一筹,并努力减少失误,一步步踏实苦干,企业才能兴旺发达。 2、必须掌握市场信息,提高经营谋略。要善于捕捉,鉴别真伪,要考虑信息来源的可信度,非权威信息和没有成功把握的信息可信度小,要注意信息的实用
The status of China’s SMEs in the market competition and the future are the issues that are generally concerned by SMEs and even the society. This article intends to proceed from the status quo of China’s social economy, and puts forward the following suggestions: 1. There must be a sense of competition to work hard.
