随着知识经济时代的到来,图书馆的竞争不再只是硬件的竞争,还包括服务水平的竞争,既图书馆之间的人力资源管理的竞争。本文首先介绍了图书馆能力管理的基本内涵和图书馆实现能力管理的重要作用,并对图书馆“能力管理”体系的构建作了详细的分析,图书馆能力管理体系包括能力标准体系、能力评价体系、能力开发体系和能力激励体系。
With the advent of the era of knowledge economy, the competition in the library is no longer just the hardware competition, but also the service-level competition, not only the competition of human resources management between libraries. This paper firstly introduces the basic connotation of library competence management and the important function of library to realize competence management, and analyzes the construction of library “competence management ” system in detail. The library competence management system includes competence standard system, Ability evaluation system, ability development system and ability incentive system.
