通过脉冲电沉积技术制备出含1,4-丁炔二醇或糖精为添加剂的Al2O3/Ni-Co复合材料,采用TEM、EDS等方法分析了含2种添加剂的Al2O3/Ni-Co复合材料的微观组织结构,比较了添加剂对材料光洁度、显微硬度、室温塑性以及高温塑性的影响,并通过SEM对变形后材料的显微结构进行了表征。以糖精为添加剂所制备的Al2O3/Ni-Co的硬度最高可达HV469,断裂强度达1150 MPa,室温延伸率达7%,超塑性延伸率达417%。
Al2O3 / Ni-Co composites containing 1,4-butynediol or saccharin as additives were prepared by pulse electrodeposition technique. The effects of Al2O3 / Ni-Co composites containing two additives were analyzed by TEM and EDS The microstructure was compared. The effects of additives on the material finish, microhardness, room temperature plasticity and high temperature plasticity were compared. The microstructures of the deformed materials were characterized by SEM. The hardness of Al 2 O 3 / Ni-Co prepared by using saccharin as additive is up to HV 469, the breaking strength reaches 1150 MPa, the elongation at room temperature reaches 7% and the superplastic elongation reaches 417%.
