通过熔炼、连铸连轧工艺制备了添加混合稀土的8176线缆铝合金杆。采用SEM和EDS观察分析工具,通过测量电阻率、抗拉强度和伸长率等材料性能参数,研究了混合稀土添加到8176工业线缆铝中对其组织和性能的影响。结果表明,加入混合稀土元素后明显细化了铝合金的晶粒,并使铝合金中Si、Fe元素由固溶态转变为析出态,出现“蜂窝相”和“白球相”。当混合稀土元素含量为0.10%和0.25%时,合金铝杆的电阻率有一个较低值。合金的抗拉强度随稀土含量的增加而增大,而伸长率降低。
By melting, continuous casting and rolling process prepared mixed rare earth 8176 cable aluminum alloy rod. SEM and EDS observation and analysis tools were used to study the effects of RE on the microstructure and properties of 8176 industrial aluminum cable by measuring the material properties such as electrical resistivity, tensile strength and elongation. The results show that the addition of mixed rare earth elements significantly refined the grains of the aluminum alloy and transformed the elements of Si and Fe from the solid solution state to the precipitation state in the aluminum alloy. The appearance of “honeycomb phase” and “white phase” . When the mixed rare earth element content is 0.10% and 0.25%, the resistivity of the alloy aluminum rod has a lower value. The tensile strength of the alloy increases with the increase of the content of rare earth, while the elongation decreases.
