无论对于用人单位来说还是劳动者来说,试用期都是考察双方能否建立长期劳动关系的“试金石”。然而,相对于劳动者的的辞职自由而言,即使在试用期内,用人单位与劳动者解除劳动合同也需要符合严格、准确的条件才能进行。
Both for the employer or the laborer, the trial period is to examine whether the two sides can establish long-term labor relations “touchstone.” However, relative to the worker’s freedom of resignation, the termination of the employment contract by the employer and the worker needs to comply with strict and accurate conditions even during the trial period.
