据报道,柳松菇系异宗结合的四极性真菌,但存在同核体结实现象(Jacques Labarere,1992)。对我国现栽柳松菇菌种的遗传特征及生活史研究发现,由营养生长进入生殖生长,产生不正常的子实体,成熟的担子着生双孢担孢子,担孢子萌发形成有锁状联合的菌丝体,并自交可孕。基于柳松菇具有同宗结合的单孢可育特征,我们采用了单孢分离方法进行选育种。
It is reported that the willow mushroom heterotrophic combination of quadrupole fungi, but there is the phenomenon of solid nuclei (Jacques Labarere, 1992). Genetic characteristics and life history of the species of Lycopodium Lysimachiae in our country were studied. It was found that the vegetative growth entered into reproductive growth, resulting in abnormal fruiting bodies. Mycelium, and self-fertility. Based on the single spore-fertile characteristics of Liu Song-Mushroom, we used single-spore separation method to select breeding species.
