目的探讨RhoA在人乳腺癌中表达的情况及其意义。方法免疫组化S-P法和Western blot方法检测乳腺癌以及良性乳腺疾病组织中RhoA蛋白的表达情况。结果 1 RhoA蛋白在乳腺癌组织中的阳性表达明显优于乳腺良性疾病组织中的表达,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2病理组织学分级(SBR分级)、淋巴结转移的有无与RhoA蛋白在乳腺癌中表达有关,与患者年龄、肿瘤大小和临床分期无关。结论 RhoGTPase家族成员RhoA蛋白在乳腺癌中的高表达说明其与乳腺癌的发生、发展的临床效果关系密切。为深入研究和使用RhoA抑制剂抑制乳腺肿瘤发生和发展的临床过程提供实验依据。
Objective To investigate the expression of RhoA in human breast cancer and its significance. Methods Immunohistochemical S-P method and Western blot were used to detect RhoA protein expression in breast cancer and benign breast disease. Results 1 The positive expression of RhoA protein in breast cancer tissues was significantly better than that in benign breast disease tissues, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). 2 pathological histological grade (SBR grade), lymph node metastasis and RhoA protein expression in breast cancer, regardless of patient age, tumor size and clinical stage. Conclusion RhoGTPase family member RhoA protein in breast cancer high expression indicates that it is closely related to the occurrence and development of breast cancer. To further study and use of RhoA inhibitors to inhibit the occurrence and development of breast cancer clinical trial provide experimental evidence.
