学习动机理论将兴趣分为情境兴趣和个体兴趣。然而,情境兴趣如何向个体兴趣转化,其机制、方法或要素如何等关键问题还处于初步研究阶段。针对目前大部分学生自主学习动机不足的问题,本文以“兴趣培养四阶段模型”为理论起点,提出以“趣味性”作为促进两者转换的关键要素,以设计初步课程为例,分别从授课内容、任务设计、课堂形式以及教学过程四个方面论述了实现趣味性的具体方式,提出“情境—趣味—兴趣”三元转换机制,并对其进行反思与验证。
Learning motivation theory will be divided into interest in situational interest and individual interest. However, the key issues such as how to change the interest of interest to individual interest and how its mechanism, method or element are still in the preliminary research stage. In view of the current most students lack of motivation for autonomous learning, this paper starts from the theoretical perspective of “four stages of interest cultivation” and puts forward the idea of “interestingness” as the key factor to promote the transformation between the two. Taking the design of the initial curriculum as an example , Elaborated the concrete ways of realizing the interesting from the four aspects of teaching content, task design, classroom form and teaching process, and put forward the mechanism of ternary - interest - interest conversion and reflect and verify it.
