The use of flow cytometry to detect tumor tissue provides clinical diagnostics, therapeutic evaluation, and prognostic assessments that have been widely adopted at home and abroad. However, there has been no report on the correlation between the DNA content and S phase cell ratio (SPF) changes in esophageal cancer and cardiac cancer tissues.
