波形弹簧片是一种用弹簧钢片冲压成型,经热处理淬火后,定型的弹性元件。把它安装在电机端盖的轴承室内,并与轴承外圈接触以调节轴承游隙,降低轴承的噪声。轴承游隙可分为“原始游隙”和“工作游隙”。前者是未装电机前的游隙,后者是装上电机后的游隙。经反复装机试验表明,每种型号轴承,在一定范围的工作游隙内,电机噪声有一定规律。譬如装在 JO_2-31-4电机上的306Z 轴承其工作游隙在5~20μ范围内,电机噪声曲线见图1。从图中可见,轴承的理想工作游隙在8~15μ范围内,电机噪声较小,这段叫做“正常噪声区”。小于8μ和大于15μ,电机噪声都逐渐增大。低于8μ以 A 区表示,高于15μ以 B 区表示。
