目的 了解高校辅导员心理弹性与主观幸福感之间的关系.方法 本研究随机选取山东省大中专院校辅导员260人,通过心理弹性量表,教师职业倦怠问卷和主观幸福感量表测试并对收集到的数据进行分析.结果 高校辅导员目前在工作中存在一定程度的职业倦怠,主观幸福感处于中等水平,且职业倦怠和心理弹性分别与主观幸福感呈显著的负相关和正相关,心理弹性在这一过程中起着中介作用.结论 各高校和社会各界应该共同关注辅导员心理状态,通过多途径提升辅导员心理素质,从而提高整体的主观幸福感.“,”Objective To understand the relationship between psychological flexibility and subjective well-being of college counselors. Methods This study randomly selected 260 counselors from colleges and universities in Shandong province, and analyzed the collected data through psychological resilience scale, teacher burnout questionnaire and subjective well-being scale. Results College counselors currently have a certain degree of job burnout in their work, subjective well-being is at a moderate level, and job burnout and psychological resilience are significantly negatively correlated and positively correlated with subjective well-being. Psychological resilience plays an intermediary role in this process. Conclusion All universities and all sectors of society should pay attention to the psychological state of counselors, and improve the psychological quality of counselors through multiple channels, so as to improve the overall subjective well-being.
