我们曾报道过脾肾方有减轻化疗毒副反应,增强骨髓造血功能和提高机体免疫功能的作用。为了探讨脾肾方近期减轻化疗毒副反应和远期提高胃癌术后生存期的机理,本文重点观察脾肾方对化疗小鼠胸腺的调节作用。材料与方法 (1)动物:昆明种小鼠,雄性,体重18～22g,每批10～12只。(2)药物:脾肾方由党参、白术、女贞子、菟丝子、枸杞子等组成。用50%
We have reported that the spleen-kidney side has the effect of reducing the toxicity of chemotherapy, enhancing the hematopoietic function of the bone marrow and improving the immune function of the body. In order to explore the mechanism of the spleen-kidney regimen in the recent reduction of chemotherapy toxicity and long-term survival of gastric cancer, this article focuses on the regulatory effect of spleen-kidney on the thymus of chemotherapy mice. Materials and Methods (1) Animals: Kunming mice, male, weighing 18-22 g, each batch of 10-12. (2) Drugs: The spleen-kidney side consists of Codonopsis, Atractylodes, Ligustrum lucidum, Dodder, and Gardenia. Use 50%
