以番茄、胡萝卜、大蒜为试材,研究了叶面喷施不同质量浓度的Na2SeO3对不同蔬菜硒富集及产量的影响。结果表明:叶面喷施硒可以显著提高各蔬菜中全硒、无机硒和有机硒的含量,有机硒转化率随着施硒质量浓度的提高而降低;番茄、胡萝卜和大蒜均喷施质量浓度为100mg/L Na2SeO3时,有机硒的富集分别为对照的7.83、8.53、2.85倍,胡萝卜富硒最高,但当大蒜喷施质量浓度为500mg/L Na2SeO3时,有机硒的富集为对照的4.70倍,大蒜富硒能力强;番茄和胡萝卜在Na2SeO3质量浓度≤1.0mg/L时和大蒜在Na2SeO3质量浓度≤10mg/L时,其产量有所增加,当喷施的Na2SeO3质量浓度提高时,各蔬菜产量均有所降低;番茄和胡萝卜叶面喷施硒质量浓度在0.5~1.0mg/L区间,大蒜叶面喷施硒质量浓度≤10mg/L较为适宜,可以有效提高蔬菜有机硒含量和产量。
