本文基于PAN在酸性溶液中,可与镍形成络合物这一特性,在Ni-PAN形成前,加入表面活性剂OP,使镍与PAN、OP形成三元络合物,来提高络合物的水溶性,络合物有二个吸收峰,分别位于535nm与565nm处,而以565nm吸收较大,ε_(565)=4.55×10~4。镁合金中存在的各干扰离子,可分别以柠檬酸和硫脲掩蔽之。方法灵敏度高,重现性好,操作简便,适用于纯镁和镁合金(ZM-2,6,7)中微量镍的测定。
Based on the fact that PAN can form a complex with nickel in acidic solution, surfactant OP can be added before the formation of Ni-PAN to form ternary complex between nickel and PAN and OP to improve the complex . The complex has two absorption peaks at 535 nm and 565 nm, respectively, while the absorption at 565 nm is larger with ε 565 = 4.55 × 10 -4. The interference ions present in the magnesium alloy can be masked with citric acid and thiourea, respectively. The method has high sensitivity, good reproducibility and simple operation, and is suitable for the determination of trace nickel in pure magnesium and magnesium alloy (ZM-2,6,7).
