全球化发展的今天,房地产已经不仅仅是满足一国刚性内需的产业,更是调整国家宏观经济的有效工具。在全球金融风暴的背景下,可以预见,中国长期以来依靠外贸拉动的经济增长将明显下降,同时亦将导致工业增长放缓,社会投资信心可能会受到影响。房地产作为中国的支柱产业,是中国经济发展和社会和谐的重要保障。本文主要探讨美国的次贷危机对我国房地产行业的启示。
Today, with the development of globalization, real estate is not only an industry that meets the rigid domestic demand of a country, but also an effective tool for adjusting the country’s macro economy. Against the backdrop of the global financial turmoil, it is foreseeable that the long-term economic growth that China has relied on for its foreign trade will obviously drop. At the same time, it will also lead to the slowdown of industrial growth and the confidence in social investment may be affected. As a pillar industry in China, real estate is an important guarantee for China’s economic development and social harmony. This article mainly discusses the revelation of the subprime mortgage crisis in the United States to China’s real estate industry.
