花生幼芽叶节,用不同浓度的NaN3及不同的处理时间进行诱变处理。结果表明,外植体的成活率,丛生芽的诱导率均随NaN3浓度的提高及处理时间的增加而降低。NaN3用于诱发花生丛生芽变异的适宜浓度为200mg/L,处理时间为2h。
Peanut sprout leaf section, with different concentrations of NaN3 and different treatment time for mutagenic treatment. The results showed that the survival rate of explants and the induction rate of clustered buds decreased with the increase of NaN3 concentration and the increase of treatment time. The suitable concentration of NaN3 for inducing mutants of peanut cluster buds was 200mg / L and the treatment time was 2h.
