应用小清河流域的实际资料 ,首次提出了以控制净雨深为参数中型水库的有效控制面积与小型水库折算控制面积之间的关系 ,并给出了相应的表达式 同时提出了以水库有效控制面积为参数的移植法推求资料缺乏地区的入库洪水过程 ,大大提高了水库入库流量预报和水库调度的精度 .实例结果表明 ,该法合理且有效可行 .
According to the actual data of Xiaoqing River basin, the relationship between the effective control area of small reservoirs and the control area of small reservoirs is proposed for the first time with the control of the net depth of rain as the parameter, and the corresponding expressions are given. At the same time, The area-based transplantation method deduces the process of reservoir flooding in areas with insufficient data and greatly improves the accuracy of reservoir flow forecasting and reservoir dispatch. The experimental results show that this method is reasonable and feasible.
