通过对Q345B钢结构表面进行超音速火焰喷涂单质Zn和Zn-Co-RE多元合金,并进行了全浸腐蚀、电化学腐蚀和中性盐雾腐蚀的对比试验。结果表明:与未热喷涂Q345B钢结构相比,Zn-Co-RE多元合金表面超音速火焰喷涂处理,能使Q345B钢结构在酸雨环境中全浸腐蚀360 h的质量损失率降低85.57%,在5%NaCl室温电解液中的腐蚀电位正移39.37%,在中性盐雾环境中腐蚀240 h的质量损失率降低87.94%,钢结构的防腐性能得到显著提高。
Through the supersonic flame spraying of the surface of Q345B steel structure Zn and Zn-Co-RE multiple alloys, and the full immersion corrosion, electrochemical corrosion and neutral salt spray corrosion contrast test. The results show that compared with the un-thermal sprayed Q345B steel structure, the mass loss rate of Q345B steel structure immersed in acid rain for 360 h is 85.57% lower than that of the uncoated Q345B steel structure by supersonic flame spraying, The corrosion potential of 5% NaCl in positive electrolyte was shifted by 39.37%, and the mass loss rate decreased by 87.94% in neutral salt spray environment for 240 h. The corrosion resistance of steel structure was significantly improved.
