氯化石蜡作为一种常见的电流变 (ER)分散介质 ,能协助产生更强的ER效应 ,但在水分作用下易产生游离氯 ,从而导致材料腐蚀 ,其ER液也产生较大的电流。采用长脂肪链环氧化合物对氯化石蜡中的氯元素进行固定后 ,氯化石蜡中游离氯的腐蚀性得到明显抑制 ,因而电流变液的漏电流密度大大降低。同时 ,应用分析结果表明 ,改性后的氯化石蜡相比保护前的腐蚀性、水解安定性、热稳定性及摩擦学性能均有明显的改善。
As a common electrorheological (ER) dispersion medium, chlorinated paraffin can help produce stronger ER effect. However, it is easy to produce free chlorine under the action of moisture, resulting in corrosion of the material. ER fluid also produces a large current. The use of long-chain fatty acid compounds of chlorine in chlorinated paraffin fixed, the corrosion of free chlorine in chlorinated paraffins was significantly inhibited, so that the rheology of the ER fluid leakage current density is greatly reduced. At the same time, the application analysis results show that the modified chlorinated paraffin has obvious improvement compared with the corrosion before corrosion, hydrolytic stability, thermal stability and tribological properties.
