管道运输是石油、天然气等能源输送的主要渠道。随着管道服役期的增长,管线资料存在不同程度的丢失,管线的管理与维护变得越发困难[1]。对管道的轨迹线路与位移变化进行检测已经成为管道完整性管理的迫切需要。因此对管道地理测绘装置进行研究具有现实意义。本文阐述了一种管道地理测绘装置的测量原理,并对该装置进行了硬件设计。目前该装置已投入到生产运行中,测绘效果较好,具有一定推广价值。
Pipeline transportation is the main channel for transportation of energy such as oil and natural gas. As the service life of pipelines increases, the pipeline data will be lost to varying degrees and the management and maintenance of pipelines will become more and more difficult [1]. The detection of pipeline track and displacement changes has become an urgent need of pipeline integrity management. Therefore, it is of practical significance to study the pipeline geography mapping device. This paper describes a measuring principle of pipeline geography mapping device, and hardware design of the device. At present, the device has been put into production and operation, mapping effect is better, with some promotional value.
