目的了解韶关市食品污染情况,并对监测结果进行评价,及时发现食品安全隐患,为科学评估辖区内食品安全风险和采取有针对性的控制措施提供依据。方法按照相关国家标准方法对在韶关市区主要农贸市场随机采集的13类食品545份样品进行有机磷(敌敌畏、甲胺磷、乐果、甲拌磷、久效磷)、黄曲霉毒素B1等7个指标的检测。结果市售蔬菜5种有机磷农药监测结果均低于国家限量标准,但是黄曲霉毒素B1超标率为26.25%,过氧化值超标率为20.00%,亚硫酸盐超标率为9.33%,硼砂超标率为1.36%,酸价超标率为0.77%。结论 2013年韶关市食品存在轻度污染,应继续加强对食品的监督管理和技术指导。
Objective To understand the food contamination in Shaoguan City and to evaluate the monitoring results and find out the hidden dangers of food safety in time and provide the basis for scientifically assessing the food safety risks and taking targeted control measures. Methods According to the relevant national standard methods, 545 samples of 13 kinds of foods randomly collected in the main farmers markets of downtown of Shaoguan were collected for the determination of organic phosphorus (dichlorvos, methamidophos, dimethoate, phorate, monocrotophos), aflatoxin B1 7 indicators of the test. Results The monitoring results of five kinds of organophosphorus pesticides on commercial vegetables were lower than the national limit, but the exceeding standard rate of aflatoxin B1 was 26.25%, the exceeding standard of peroxide value was 20.00%, the exceeding rate of sulfite was 9.33% 1.36%, acid value exceeded the standard rate of 0.77%. Conclusion The food in Shaoguan City was slightly polluted in 2013 and the supervision and management of food and technical guidance should continue to be strengthened.
