为了探讨亚麻屑栽培灰树花的可行性,采用亚麻屑替代部分木屑作为基质栽培灰树花。根据木屑和亚麻屑不同比例设置6个配方,其中亚麻屑的添加量0%~78%。通过比较不同配方下的菌丝形态和出菇期间的子实体农艺性状,获得最佳亚麻屑添加量。结果表明:亚麻屑的最适添加量为15%~30%,此时灰树花的产量和品质与对照组相当。在该条件下,利用亚麻屑栽培灰树花切实可行。
In order to explore the feasibility of using flax seed to cultivate Grifola frondosa, we used flaxseed instead of part of sawdust as substrate to cultivate Grifola frondosa. According to the different proportions of sawdust and linen flakes, six formulas were set up, of which flaxseed was added in an amount of 0% -78%. The optimum amount of flax crumb was obtained by comparing the morphology of mycelium and the agronomic traits of fruiting bodies during fruiting. The results showed that the optimal dosage of flaxseed was 15% ~ 30%, and the yield and quality of Grifola frondosa were equivalent to that of the control group. Under this condition, the use of flax crumbs cultivation of ash tree is feasible.
