目的评价自行设计、制作的组合式紫外线消毒箱的消毒效果,探索最佳消毒时间。方法 2015年1-6月,每月随机选择25件旧精密仪器,使用组合式紫外线消毒箱进行消毒,分别在消毒0 min、15 min、30 min和45 min时采样,进行菌落培养并计数,计算灭菌率并判定消毒效果,确定最佳消毒时间。结果该消毒箱的灭菌率>99.9%,消毒15 min、30 min、45 min的效果差异没有统计学意义。结论该组合式紫外线消毒箱消毒效果较好,最佳消毒时间为15 min。
Objective To evaluate the disinfection effect of a combined UV sterilizer designed and manufactured by ourselves and explore the best disinfection time. Methods From January to June 2015, 25 old precision instruments were randomly selected every month and disinfected with a combined UV disinfection cabinet. Samples were taken at 0, 15, 30 and 45 minutes respectively for colony culture and counting, Calculate the sterilization rate and determine the disinfection effect, to determine the best disinfection time.
