采用酶组织化学法及电镜技术,探讨β-半乳糖苷酶和芳香硫酸脂酶在50例不同病理类型大肠癌中的表达与预后的关系。结果显示印戒细胞癌和粘液腺癌两种水解酶的阳性率较管状腺癌和乳头状腺癌高(P<0.01),而前两者的5年生存率则较后两者低(P<0.01)。印戒细胞癌和粘液腺癌的超微结构特点是粗面内质网较多,易见高尔基复合体,分泌颗粒多,表明癌细胞的分泌系统发育较成熟,分泌功能较强,能分泌较多水解酶到细胞外间质,水解破坏癌周间质,癌细胞容易发生浸润和转移,故预后差。
Using enzymatic histochemistry and electron microscopy, the relationship between β-galactosidase and fragrant sulfatase in the expression of colorectal cancer in 50 different pathological types was explored. The results showed that the positive rates of signet ring cell carcinoma and mucinous adenocarcinoma were higher than those of tubular adenocarcinoma and papillary adenocarcinoma (P<0.01). The 5-year survival rate of the former two was lower than the latter two. (P<0.01). The ultrastructural features of signet-ring cell carcinoma and mucinous adenocarcinoma are rough endoplasmic reticulum, easy to see Golgi complex, and more secretory granules, indicating that the secretory system of cancer cells is more mature and has stronger secretion and secretion. Many hydrolase to the extracellular matrix, hydrolytic destruction of interstitial cancer, cancer cells prone to infiltration and metastasis, so the prognosis is poor.
