红松是东北林区重要经济树种,木材是优良用材,红松籽是营养价值很高的美食。在中国的红松天然分布区的东北林区已经建成很多红松无性系果材林,种子产量低是限制红松果材林发展的重要因素。为提高红松无性系果材林母树增加结实数量,开展赤霉素GA3+GA4/7诱导处理母树花芽分化研究,试验设置6个施用剂量水平。试验结果表明,适宜的赤霉素GA3+GA4/7施用剂量,对红松无性系母树增加雌雄花花芽分化数量有显著作用,也增加了开雌球花、雄球花的植株和雌雄球花同生植株。
Korean Pine is an important economic tree species in Northeast China, timber is excellent timber, pine nuts are high nutritional value of the food. Many Korean pine clonal fruit plantations have been established in the northeastern region of the natural distribution area of Korean pine. The low seed yield is an important factor limiting the development of Korean pine plantation forest. In order to increase the number of seedlings of Pinus koraiensis clones, we conducted GA3 + GA4 / 7 induction treatment on flower bud differentiation of parent tree. The results showed that GA3 + GA4 / 7 could increase the number of flower bud differentiation of male and female flowers, and also increase the number of female and male flowers Same plant.
