本文介绍用低分子量液态聚丁二烯橡胶(LB)对丁苯橡胶(SBR)进行改性。着重介绍在SBR与活性填充剂混合中减少能耗的方法。研究了LB对胶料硫化性能的影响,还试验了LB参与到硫化反应和网络形成中的情况。业已发现,LB在橡胶与活性填充剂混合中能起到降低能耗的作用。LB既不会影响硫化速度,也不会影响焦烧时间,它只会降低硫化程度。LB能参与硫化反应,但它无助于网络形成。
This article describes the use of low molecular weight liquid polybutadiene rubber (LB) SBR modified. Highlights ways to reduce energy consumption in a mixture of SBR and active filler. The effect of LB on the vulcanization properties of the compounds was also investigated. The effects of LB on the vulcanization and network formation were also investigated. It has been found that LB can play a role in reducing energy consumption in a mixture of rubber and reactive filler. LB neither affects the speed of vulcanization nor does it affect the scorch time, it only reduces the degree of vulcanization. LB can participate in the sulfidation reaction, but it does not help the network formation.
