以重油为原料的,在专业催化剂生产乙烯及丙烯的新型工艺技术解决了乙烯原料来源不足的问题。通过试验,对该工艺中催化剂的流化、水热稳定性及输送能力进行考察,注水量、反应温度、剂油比、反应压力等参数对生产效率的影响进行分析。通过研究,该工艺技术的原料广、成本低;催化剂水热性好、流化性能佳、反应温度较低;是较好的乙烯制备工艺。
With heavy oil as raw material, ethylene oxide and propylene in a professional catalyst for the new technology to solve the problem of insufficient sources of ethylene raw materials. Through the experiment, the catalyst fluidization, hydrothermal stability and transport capacity of the process were investigated, the impact of water injection volume, reaction temperature, oil to solvent ratio, reaction pressure and other parameters on the production efficiency were analyzed. Through the research, the raw material of the process technology is wide and the cost is low; the catalyst has good hydrothermal properties, good fluidization performance and low reaction temperature; and is a good ethylene preparation process.
