针对全额拨款事业单位,强调深化绩效工资改革,不仅能够体现事业单位的管理要求,而且有利于实现资本、技术和管理等生产要素参与分配的目标。对于事业单位而言,建立符合自身发展战略的绩效工资体系,是当前深化绩效工资改革进程中亟待解决的问题之一。本文就改革中如何提升事业单位绩效工资的效能展开分析讨论。
