本文论述了图象视频信息传送的多工化,分析了图象函数的性质及其统计特性和有关图象传送的信息量等问题。结合我国电视广播技术的发展,提出了科教文节目的电视多工传送及扩大电视网复盖,特别是发展SHF频段的卫星电视广播和UHF频段的中继,差转网络的建议方案。为适应四化及科教广播事业的发展,设计方案包括:文字及图片静止图象信息的多工广播,电视报刊的兼容传送,卫星电视的直播接收以及彩色电视的技术改进等。文章还讨论了引用电视新技术及有关数字化电视和帧同步器等问题。
This paper discusses the multiplexing of video and video transmission, and analyzes the properties of image functions and their statistical properties and the amount of information about image transmission. Combined with the development of TV broadcasting technology in our country, this paper puts forward the suggestion of relay TV transmission in science, education and education programs and the expansion of television networks, especially the development of SHF satellite broadcasting and UHF relay and differential network. In order to meet the requirements of the four modernizations and the development of science and education broadcasting, the design options include: multi-media broadcasting of text and picture still images, compatible transmission of television newspapers and periodicals, live satellite TV reception, and technical improvements of color TV. The article also discusses new technologies for citing television and issues related to digital television and frame synchronizers.
