中学体育短跑训练是一项增强体质、提高身体素质的活动。在中学阶段接受短跑训练,有助于中学生在成长的过程中拥有良好的身体素质,并帮助中学生在体育学习中拥有良好的成绩。但是,如果中学体育的短跑训练没有采用恰当的方法,将造成适得其反的效果,不但会影响学生的升学问题与未来的发展状况,甚至还会影响学生的身体健康。本文主要阐述了中学体育短跑训练的现状,分析中学体育短跑过程中的问题。针对现有的中学体育短跑训练问题,提出相应的解决措施,提高中学生的短跑训练成绩。
Middle school sports sprint training is an activity to enhance physical fitness and improve physical fitness. In the middle school stage to accept the sprint training, help middle school students in the process of growing have good physical quality, and help middle school students in sports learning has good grades. However, if secondary school physical education does not adopt appropriate methods of sprint training, it will cause counterproductive effects, which will not only affect students ’further education and future development, but also affect students’ health. This article mainly elaborates the current situation of middle school physical education sprint training and analyzes the problems in middle school physical education sprint process. Aiming at the existing problem of sprint training in middle school, this paper puts forward corresponding measures to improve the sprint training results of middle school students.
